How to open the door

  1. Download the Tapkey app:
    iPhone▶ Android
  2. Sign in with the same email you used for check-in.
  3. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone.
  4. Accept the digital key in the app.
  5. Hold your phone close to the lock on the building/apartment – the door opens.
